# Disclaimer

Saying these things probably will not help increase my sales and may even deter some people from purchasing these indicators, but I don't really mind.

I want to be transparent so people don't have unrealistic expectations.

* **I'm not forcing you to do anything. I've been using these indicators for myself, and some people have requested access. Now, you can have a trial period and try them. Then, you can decide whether they will be useful for you or not.**
* Why are the indicators not free and public? Because I prefer not to have everyone use them. It's simply my personal choice!
* IF you're new to trading, this will not turn you into an expert.
* IF you're an unprofitable trader, these indicators most likely will not turn you into a profitable trader. (unless you know what you're doing and you build a profitable system using them.)
* The signals are not overfitted. The triggers are based on price actions and various methods. These have been effective for a long time, but for every strategy, there's a chance of losing its edge over a long period. This isn't happening right now, and I don't think it will happen soon, but you should be aware of this. **Every strategy, indicator, or script is subject to this, but people often don't tell you.**
* During periods of very strong market momentum, you might receive more signals than usual. This can happen with nearly all indicators. No single indicator is perfect; you need to adjust them according to your needs and the market conditions.
